Best movers ever!! This was my first time hiring a moving company, and they blew me away. Great communication, great attitude, and very careful with all of my things. Made the move 1000x easier and faster. These guys really know what their doing. Will definetly be using their services again in the future!

Gurpreet & Hirdeypal - Special mention to these two men who made moving day such a breeze. They came on time and they worked non-stop from 8am -5pm. They are strong, well coordinated and work great together. They took great care of our stuff and were very careful unloading and lifting furniture up the narrow townhouse stairs. I would definitely hire them again!

My family and I have been dealing with the sudden loss of our mother and the daunting task of clearing out the contents of her home. We hired Let's Get Moving to assist with moving some of the items to a storage unit. The team arrived on time and were very organized and efficient with wrapping and handling the items. The move was done in a very timely manner. The storage unit was packed efficiently. Overall I was very please with the service. I would recommend this moving company.

If you are looking for movers and thinking of hiring them, please DON'T. I had a very frustrating experience with Lets Get Moving and they are the reason why I will never hire a moving company ever again. I had hired them to move my stuff from my old place to my storage unit in midtown Toronto. First, even though the movers showed up an hour early they still took a lot of time to pack the truck! I strategically placed all the boxes lined up on the wall so they can easily put the boxes on the dolly so it can be easier to roll the boxes out but nope, they grabbed a few items instead. I jumped in and moved bags and other items myself. They started loading the truck around 1:30ish and we left close to 4PM. I even asked the movers if we'd be done before 5PM they said yes.... But the most traumatizing part was when we got in the storage facility, because of the lengthy moving process, the movers were not able to move all my stuff before 5PM EST. Therefore, at 4:50PM they had to unload the entire truck and I was left alone in the storage facility to move all remaining items myself (see picture attached).I couldn't believe it! I was so shocked that I got a panic attack and broke down in tears and the clerk at the storage facility had to help me catch my breath (I have asthma and silly me I didn't have my puffer with me that day) and calm me down. She also told the movers that they have to help me carry the heavier stuff as I'm all alone. I have a tendonitis in my left shoulder and I have back problems. I cannot lift heavy items at all. If it weren't for her I don't think they would have carried the heavier items (as one of the movers told me at the end of the day that the extra time spent (no break or something like that) will affect his pay...) Because of that, I did not have a look at the truck before they left to make sure they had taken everything out of it. Resulting to this is a missing microphone and boxes that contained personal items such as my family photo album and a Haitian flag that has been in your family for 40 years! Afterwards, I emailed a lengthy complaint. The next day I get a call from Sofia where I explained to her what happened, how unprofessional the movers were (moving slowly, making comments on my personal items as "how much did your bike cost?.. etc) which resulted them gaslighting me and basically blaming me for what happened and offering me a $50 coupon (like WTH as if I would use their services again?) Fast forward to July 2024, I moved in my new home and while emptying the storage, I realize that some items were missing. I know for a fact that my microphone box and personal box was with the other boxes that were being moved in the truck with the movers. I looked everywhere and in fact my microphone was gone, personal box with important documents and family photo album so are my vision boards! I emailed them to do a follow up and this is the response that I got: "We have not been able to recover any of the items you have listed, in our warehouse unfortunately. If anything does turn up in the future, we will reach out as our claims department cannot offer compensation for items that are missing, as per our contract." First of all, they are not missing, they were taken from me!!!! I honestly don't know where they find their movers but they did need to check their references and conclude an extensive background checks. At this point, I don't care about the microphone because I can always buy another one. What hurts me the most is to no longer have these pictures and that Haitian flag. You cannot put a price on sentimental value. This was a very disappointing learning experience. I will never hire movers ever again as I'm having a trouble trusting people now. For my recent move, I ended up renting a van and moved most of my stuff by my own and have family friend help with the heavier stuff. I got duped by the 4.5 stars review and I don't want anyone to be duped as well. Please protect your belongings and move stuff yourself! I will make a formal complaint with BBB.

Rohan and his partner were polite, respectful, and treated my belongings with great care. I highly recommend this moving company. They were on time and the price was reasonable. 👍🏼
