I'm ordered a Happy Meal,Large Fries, 1 MacDouble,1 McChicken right They don't give me sauce so I'm Going back to the counter and ask For ketchup and BBQ sauce and The Manager tel me is 50 cents for Each sauce and charge me 1.50 for 2 BBQ sauces and ketchup.🤔🤔🤔

I have always had an excellent experience at this McDonalds location. Food comes out hot and consistent quality each time. I'm writing this review specifically to call out the excellent service of the manager at this location. I had accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong location (I sent it to this location which is where I normally go but was at a different location) and wasn't able to get my order cancelled. When I asked for a credit back of my rewards points that I had used on the purchase, the manager personally called me and was able to rectify with a credit. She was professional, totally on top of it, and gave me an exceptional client experience. Thank you!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. As you see from other reviews, they aren't open 24hrs. They close when night shift feels like it. They had a massive line of people easily waiting 30+ mins just to order. The person in front of me ordered then when I pull up, they say they're closed. Mind you, there's at least 20 more cars behind me. If they were closed, have the decency to at a minimum, put a sign out blocking people so they don't waste people's time.

Last week I was there, my burger was made incorrectly.. Today I was there and my burger was nasty. I think they need a management change food quality is bad, and service is extremely slow. While who seems to be a manager is sitting at a table doing nothing please view the pictures.. this is definitely a training issue! They don’t even read the grill ticket! Photo on the left is from today all others from last visit. They should be ashamed to put out food looking like this!

Staff is bizarre … 2024 and they all wear tight masks and sweat profusely. Some of them are definitely on some sort of pills. Do not bring your kids here. In fact don’t ever think about coming here unless you want to deal with the most aggressive and angry staff you can imagine . I’m pretty sure this place is staffed by cult members or something. I will say .. sometimes you’ll see a Black lady who seems to be a district manager there. She actually is really nice and professional . I’ve seen her literally roll her eyes when observing the staff here 😂😂 I want to know what she knows
