Very clean store, well organized, always stocked, great music to shop to, helpful staff, and lots of options to browse. The flow of the store makes it easy to navigate, never a problem asking for help. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help you find not just the right size but the right style. Staff in the fitting room help bring you sizes and provide you honest feedback. Overall great shopping experience. Thank you Levi's!

Normally when I’m in store the associates have been great, but I talked to Ivy over the phone about the store hours due to the Holiday and she was very rude and short with me and almost seemed to mock me for saying “your google hours”. If this was my first interaction with the store, I would never want to step foot in a Levi’s. I recommend if you do go to this Levi’s, you steer clear of Ivy, or just don’t go all together.
