I've had trouble in the past with a different travel company, so I'm happy to say this time the van was on time coming and going. Very clean. Friendly driver but poor driving ability. I'm in a wheelchair so I feel every bump much more than someone in a cushioned seat. By the time I got home, I was in so much pain that I could barely move. Also, he missed the turn onto the highway, so instead of turning around, he took back roads the whole way. It ended up taking an hour to get to my appointment. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Complete crap. MAS rescheduled me from regular ride to LGM. They were late picking me up. The 2nd appointment they called at 5 pm asking if I wanted to go to my 3:45 appointment. Another time they told me they couldn't pick me up from my 1st appointment for my 2nd at 2:30 til 3:40 pm did I still want to go?! More recently, they failed to show and I had to reschedule 2 appointments

I thought it was ILLEGAL to SMOKE / VAPE in these Medical Transportation Vehicles? Well how come the driver I had today was VAPING AND DRIVING? But you have CAMERAS in your VEHICLES.... I thought I READ in your COMPANY BIO, that your vehicles were in EXCELLENT CONDITION, KEPT CLEAN, AND WASHED? Why did you send a vehicle for me with the WINDSHIELD CRACKED from the driver side to the passenger side at the bottom?

Inconcitert of others mental health issues and doubling up on riders. I have anxiety with other strangers and end up having an anxiety attack. Plus they ended up going 7 miles out of the way to take me back home.
