Alex and his team of movers were great. Accommodating, good personality, etc. No complaints there. My issue is several items were left behind, including a gas grill that is hard to move. The grill was addressed during the initial meeting with the gentleman who gave us a quote (also very nice) and was also discussed with the crew lead the day of the move. There was no question as to whether or not it needed to move, it did. When we went back to the house after the move was done, we found that it was left behind, along with several other larger items and some of Liberty's own moving equipment. Annoying, but mistakes happen and we gave them the benefit of the doubt that when we called back they would send someone out to take care of it. When we called we were told we would be charged for them to come back, and that someone should have been at the house for a final walk through. This as the first time we were told that. We even asked the crew lead before we left if they had any questions or needed anything from us. The answer was no, so we left for the new house to get stuff done there. Again, mistakes happen and that's fine. But how a small business reacts to those mistakes to make them right is what matters, in my opinion. They are sending someone back to get their equipment that was left behind at no charge, but they wouldn't send anyone to move the other larger items that they missed. By the way, the two homes are 8 minutes apart. It's not a big ask. I grew up in a family owned small business. I hate to give a negative review to one, but hopefully this helps someone else when they are under the stress of moving and trying to find a stand-up company to help them.

Our movers were very thorough in packing up our items to ensure our items and floors were protected during the moving process. I was impressed with their attention to detail and how smoothly they delivered our items to the new house. I will say, we did have an issue with scheduling that left me temporarily disgruntled-however the owner of the company called us on the weekend and made it right. Thank you!

I will recommend this company to everyone. I had Rob, Paul, and Sammy as my crew. They were MACHINES. They treated my stuff like it was their own. Everything was wrapped in protective blankets and stacked perfectly. They asked so many good questions to make sure everything was done the way we wanted. They were so friendly and enjoyable to be around. We were so impressed by this company and crew and would 100% use them again. 10/10 highly recommend.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars - The Liberty team was absolutely amazing. It was extremely easy to book, the team moving us was incredible and very thorough and the price was very fair for all the work they did. They worked in 90 degree weather with not one complaint and all had positive attitudes and were joking with us all day long. It was a blast moving, who can say that?! I will be recommending them to everyone I can.

We had Liberty Movers transport our piano yesterday. The guys were friendly, courteous, polite and prompt! Took care to protect my newly finished hardwood floors and were in and out in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend!!
