Bunch of crooks. The delivery person tried to lie to me that the door on my induction range was misaligned, and that I had the option to refuse delivery. 😆 He then vaguely pointed to the side... What he was really trying to do was to claim that the unit was damaged so that they could go and sell it instead. Don't fall for this nonsense. Next, they claimed that they could haul away the old unit, but when asked to simply place it outside, they made some excuse about liability. Horrible people.

Horrible customer service. Costco uses this company as a third party delivery service for their appliance deliveries. I ordered a washer/dryer set. First time the dryer arrived with a huge dent on the side. I refused delivery. Second time the delivery people refused to haul away my old washer and dryer and complete delivery, even though it was in the paperwork with Costco. Third time the delivery person made me sign a waiver that any damage they made would be my responsibility. Absolutely the worst!

The worst, most incompetent delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They can haul away your old unit, but can't simply place it downstairs. 😒 After approval was given, the whined about how it was technically two flights of stairs, due to a landing area... And that they couldn't do it because of that... I was left with the old gas range in the middle of my kitchen, a week before Christmas.

They came to deliver a couch and take away two old couches. They loaded the couches while I was organizing the new couch and left all the cushions scattered all over my drive way. When called to let them know the cushions were still here they told me it's just 2 cushions and hung up. They then proceeded to turn off their phone so I couldn't contact them. I would give no stars if it was possible.
