9/20/24 last night I left my keys in my car I read bad comments about this towing company. I did get my service at the time. They told me they were going to be there. I don’t remember the guy’s name, but I had good service and the worker was very polite. Hopefully, I don’t disappoint people keep up with giving people good service..

Gave me a time to get picked up to take my car to my mechanic and as the time came, nothing… it passed a couple minutes and didn’t get a text update or nothing. As I called them to tell them what’s the issue, they tell me that the person who was going to pick me up called off last night … but here it says that someone was going to pick me up and didn’t get a message or anything on the update. So just because I called , I receive a message saying me wait time will now be in the afternoon. Not worth it. Canceled the service. Not worth giving this place a try.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. I would give this place -5. Go to anywhere but them. Avoid Peter at all costs. Told me he was on the way and never showed up. Stopped returning my calls and text messages had me and my family waiting telling us he was on his way. When I spoke to him he was more concerned with the workers at Liberty towing not wanting to work and saying they would rather go out drinking than work. Who tells a customer that. Then he felt the need as he was bashing his co-workers to also inform me he is a dad of 4 kids and was going on how his company does not take things serious. Mind you I am stranded waiting for a tow this information should have never been shared with me. Then after never showing up and never informing me he was not arriving peter who is the tow truck guy text messaged me back in the middle of the night at 1am telling me he is just a worker he dont run the business. 1:00 AM in the morning. Mind you he was supposed to have arrived arpund 7:00pm the night before oh and also he let me know he would rather pick me up the next day in the morning. Mind you I was broken down on the side of the road and if I waited for the driver peter I would have waited overnight. I know this is all over the place but I am just extremely disappointed in this place.

I was having difficulty with a classic car. It’s big, bulky and it broke down not too far from my home. I needed a wheel lift as opposed to a flatbed to get it into the parking garage and in my space. Of course several towing companies sent the flatbed, but Liberty Towing finally sent not only the right tow truck, but the RIGHT driver, Mr. Jeff Espinoza! He was knowledgeable, professional and highly skilled! I was in awe how he got me out of a difficult situation on the street and then into a narrow parking space showing the upmost care for the vehicle. That’s not just training, it’s confidence and commitment to the trade that exceeded expectations! I will definitely recommend Liberty Towing and tell people ask for JEFF!

Last night I was stranded at a gas station because I locked my keys inside my Mercedes. I waited nearly an hour maybe less. Liberty’s driver Julio arrived and quickly apologized for the long wait and thanked me for being patient. I was not expecting that. Julio was very caring and polite. He was cautious with my vehicle. I admired his professionalism and hard work. Good job representing Liberty towing.
