Driver was not equipped to deal with my situation which lead to me having to loose a day of work to remove my vehicle off his truck myself with my buddy's truck and winch. I did not hire him my broker did also my truck came 2 days later than agreed, I have asked for some kind of refund via email which has gone unanswered being all he did was transport the vehicle and was not technically delivered because I had to manually get it off his truck and do his job for him. Buyer beware.
