We recently moved from Phoenix to Boise. Amber was patient and extremely helpful and Carlos, Miguel, Tulio and Luis were amazing on moving day. Best pack-out we've ever had. 5 star! Unfortunately, that's where the 5 star experience ended. After waiting and being told our shipment was en route, it finally arrived 22 days later. I couldn't figure out why the remaining balance of almost $3000 had to be paid by cash or money order. Now it is clear, because the delivery was handled by a second company - EZ Moving and Hauling. Eran, the registered agent, was very rude. The two men he hired to help were local and neither were experienced movers. Unfortunately, I tipped them generously before I realized the damage they had done. We are in a new apartment and the hallways had a number of skuff marks and areas where the walls were scratched or gouged
Also, one of the exit signs was left hanging after it had been knocked loose. In addition, our very expensive Mitchell Gold sofa was damaged during delivery. See photos. We would not use this company again.

Ron and his crew did a fantastic job with our long distance move from VA to UT. They took good care of everything, were gentle with fragile items, were quick and efficient, and had good communication with us the whole time. Really happy with the job they did, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for moving help in the future. This is our second long distance move with Lifetime, and we’ve been very happy with them.

Isaac and Rene were amazing for our move! They moved very efficiently and accurately. We moved from a two story to another two story and really appreciated all of the careful steps they took to move all of our furniture up and down both sets of stairs! This was the best decision made in regards to our move...hiring Lifetime!

It was one of the best decisions I made to use Lifetime Moving & Storage. I talked to several moving companies and ultimately chose them. I loved that it was a family owned company. Amber was so patient and thorough prior to the pick up date. She always made herself available to answer my questions and adapted to all my changes I needed to make weeks prior to the move.
Carlos, Miguel, Michael, Tulio and Rene exceeded my expectations for our pick up today! Carlos called ahead of time and arrived right on schedule. They were all so friendly, funny, courteous, efficient and experienced. It only took them 4 hours to pack up our 4 bedroom + loft/ 2 story house! They packed all of our belongings perfectly. I couldn’t have imagined a better team. They worked so cohesively.
I hope my drop off to Georgia goes just as smoothly as the pick up!
