One of the worst places you can pick a load from! I will never ever in my life get a load from this place! Again! It took them over 6hours + to load me!

Confusion right from the get go. Main building with truck entrance took paperwork and gave instructions to F12 building for unloading. This was more of an alley dock then disconnect to be out of the road. They came out and said you were unloaded. When I asked for paperwork they had no idea and got a manager. He gave directions to building G7 and said go through building and lady at desk half way up will provide. This lady was rood and hung up on the fact that I walked through the building. After her lecture and handing me my paperwork she proceeded to chuckle and said don't come back. I didn't argue or be disrespectful to anyone on site only did as I was told. Not worth the money to load or unload at this place.

worst place to get loaded. 6 hrs + loading hours after assigning the dock.Ontario canada driver next to me was on the dock since 6.30 am and got loaded 7 pm. 1 star for cleanliness and super easy docks.

To check in, drive around the back of building M-7, keeping the building on your right. Arrived about 8:45. I checked in at the shipping office. The shipping associate verified my phone number. I was instructed to drop my empty trailer in the drop lot and wait for a phone call. After two hours I was told that the trailer was still being loaded. At 14:00 I checked inside again. Load was ready.
