I work for a doctors office and if I could give zero stars I would I had to call this place for a pick up for him to go to the hospital and the hold time is over 30 mins and then they kept sending these people to the other side of town to pick him up so they cancelled it then I got hung up on twice and had to wait another 40 plus mins to finally get someone to send the correct address and the pt was finally picked up after 4 and a half hours of being here. Ridiculous

Customer service has a lack of integrity, they contract with Lyft, who will flake if they can get a better fare. If I wasn't available to change my day and use some of my sick time to drive my mother, she would have missed her appointment. I am going to also file a complaint with Intermountain Health regarding their choice in transportation.

I am an 80 year old lady who uses a walker. LifeTrans Transportation is the transportation service for my insurance. I canceled an appointment on Oct 20, 2022 and re-scheduled for Nov 17, 22. I was given reservation numbers. It took weeks to get my Doctor's appointment because he is always so busy and I really needed to see him bad. I walkered two floors to get downstairs and waited for the ride. Nobody ever showed up. When I called them they said I had canceled my res on 10/20 but at the same time I re-scheduled another ride for 11/17. Melvin, at the business, a supposed supervisor, read and argued from a pre-prepared transcript to shut me up. I don't appreciate being treated like that. I was able to get another appt but not until the middle of January for the Doctor. Who does that stuff to old people? None of the employees there have Grandmothers? PS: I always tip the drivers very well but these people are sketchy. Beware of using them.

Customer service is tactless. If I said I do not need any assistance. I do not walk with a cane or a mobile device. I do not have a breathing apparatus. I said I can get in or out of any car, truck or van without help. I also said that I workout 300 minutes per week. And you still ask about my weight?🤔😒

I booked a round trip for a routine procedure because it called for anesthesia. My driver John arrived on time and got me to the appointment a little early. He came in so they could see I had satisfactory transportation and find out about how long the procedure would take. He gave the receptionist his cell number and then left. It took a little longer than planned but he came back promptly when the nurse called him. The procedure and the transportation all went well.
