This was a good visit and much more than I expected from a car wash. The grounds and buildings were very well maintained. I spent a small fortune getting a complete cleaning inside and out. I also signed up for their monthly club. I am thoroughly impressed with the results. It is as clean as the day I bought it in 2012. My one issue is that they forgot to place the bar code on the windshield. I had to wait around again for someone to get it done. After I had to show my identification again. I will gladly visit again.

Simply amazed how they allowed this to go by haha What terrible service. I don’t get how there’s reviews about these guys “getting the job done”. Every time I go here, there’s always something: whether it’s smudges on the dashboard, or steering wheel super sticky after cleaning. I’ve had the monthly membership for so long that I have about 20 unused credits (forgotten all about this payment) and when I asked to get a refund, they declined (which is fine, my fault) but to get a card that says how many credits I have and to stop payment, they said no. If I stopped payment, I lose all my credits. So, the only other option was to drop down to their cheaper option of $11-14 a month (don’t remember the charge) to keep my membership activated and now I’m stuck going to this place until I’ve used up all the credits… Horrible. Highly do not recommend coming here.

Very poor service. I purchased the exterior wash with add-ons but got worse the most basic car wash I had ever experienced. The wash was not good enough to even clean the basic dirt and grime of the front hood, let alone any nooks and crannies. I will attach some photos I had taken after the wash. Would not recommend at all. Had to purchase my own cleaning supplies after going through this horrible wash. Maybe they are past their heyday.

This is my new go-to car wash! It’s honestly so cute, they have a boutique inside, I was so pleasantly surprised. They even have snack shop and koi pond, if I had kids I’d bring. It gave me something to do while I waited, and I didn’t have to wait long. Only about 20 minutes total (maybe less). Compared to the hand wash places that take over 1.5 hours, they did a pretty good job. One nitpick is the automatic wax sprinkled onto the windshield and there are small dots. Not a huge deal for me, if you’re super particular though, choose the one without wax or pay extra for the hand wash down the street.

Today I had paid 49.99 for ultimate car wash. Though the exterior and front end of the vehicle looks clean, the rear end and luggage door exterior was NOT cleaned. Still there were dirts visible on the exterior of the outside.
