What a great place. Everyone was brilliantly kind. Even the muscle were polite and cool. Edward assisted us and made me feel like a long list brother. He went out of his way to find me just what I needed. Give that man a raise. Had I lived here, I'd go nowhere else. You Cali-folk are so fortunate. Definitely go here!

Happy experience! I recently visited the dispensary and had a fantastic experience thanks to employee Kaiju. Their extensive knowledge of the products and professional descriptions made my visit enjoyable. The staff overall was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend! Pavel Komar

Don't do delivery orders with Purple Lotus. They absolutely suck at it. They didn't process my delivery on the promised time showed. I called in, they told me they forgot which is fine. They tried to reprocess my delivery again, but it didn't process on the promised time showed (again). I called in (again), they told me they forgot (again). I get my order 5 hours after my actual delivery time. I asked for compensation, but apparently they can't compensate for inconveniences like these or else "they lose money" Delivery guy showed up, he apologized for what happened, and was overall a nice dude. He claimed it was "super busy" but I'm pretty sure it's just a couple of dudes inside purple lotus not taking their jobs seriously. I don't usually write reviews but I want to emphasize how much of a complete joke this place is. Don't buy. There are plenty of other dispensaries out there (especially near purple lotus) with better customer service, and they actually compensate for their mistakes.

Pickup said 945 to 10pm, arrived at 955pm, the store was closing already. Maybe have last pick up by 945 so customers don't waste gas trying to get there and get disappointed even though its within pickup window. Also got lectured by security about not respecting their time and business, after he made me wait while he explained to the new customers behind me that they close by 10 (9:58pm at this point). It certainly is annoying when there's customers at closing time but if you adjusted the last pickup window and had better signage of when last customers are allowed in there would be less conflict, and the security would have a slightly better reason to lecture returning customers 😑
