Lile, representing North American Van Lines, performed the worst of 20 moves I have undertaken throughout my career. Expensive items disappeared, numerous things were broken (mostly due to not following instructions), communication was poor throughout, and since the poor move was completed no one has reached out to me except for a single email. Lile and North American play "run around" each telling me to work with the other. I can not give a worse recommendation.

Received a quote which was on par with others. They communication upfront from the estimator was great however after this here was little communication. Unfortunately some items were left in the truck and there only assistance during the process was to contact National Van Lines directly.

Lile Moving of Tacoma was an awesome moving experience. The sales person and office staff were super responsive, accurate, and available before the move. I appreciated their openness to working with my preferred dates on both ends. During the move the driver and crew were excellent in every aspect. Lile crew at the other end (Southern Oregon) was great as well. Lile pricing was competitive; a good value. Moving is stressful; this was the best move I have had. Thank you, Lile.

This was the first time that I used a moving company to move from Washington to Boise, ID. It was a great experience. The packers arrived on time both days. They were very respectful of me and my stuff. At the other end, the service was just as good. Arrival time was great. They worked very quickly and again treated my things and me with respect. Thank you Lile International for helping me move closer to family. I strongly recommend Lile for an excellent moving experience.
