The service was immaculate from start to finish! I'd been searching and comparing movers for over a month and it finally came down to 2 companies, this company and one other local mover. I decided to go with Link Moving & Storage because they were very thorough in explaining how the process worked(moving out of state). They promised to have my items delivered to my new location (3 states away )the next day after packing up. Also, they required zero deposit! They requested payment only after every single item was delivered and in place. The moving team was very professional and they were open to listening to my needs while also providing their expertise. I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and stress free move. Thank you for making this last big move a stress free occasion! LW

Link Moving maintained communications with me before, during and on delivery of my possessions. Michael and Joseph carefully wrapped and loaded my furniture with professionalism, efficiency, and were both very friendly. My furniture was delivered on time and as planned, without any problems. Jaylen and Christian unloaded, unwrapped, and set up my items with care. They were also very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them for your move.

I highly recommend this company. I was scammed by a previous company, so I called Link Moving & Storage Services at the last minute and Christian was able to get me scheduled for a move for first thing in the morning. He was very respectful, compassionate and understanding of my urgent situation and assured me that his crew could get started for me as early as 6am and finished by 9. Michael and Jaylin arrived to my home on time and immediately got to work. They were fast, sufficient and respectful. Not only did they complete the job in under the time scheduled, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will be using this company again in the future. Thank you!

Movers arrived promptly, but the work dragged on for 5 hours, exacerbated by the fact that one of the 3 movers who was supposed to do the work did not show up until an hour into the move. During the move, one of the movers dropped a bookcase that resulted in a small hole being opened up in my old house's drywall. Despite this, I did have an overall positive experience as a whole and for the most part the movers took care to protect my belongings as well as new home, and Joshua in particular had a fantastic memory of where I had wanted items placed, and what items would be moving from the old home versus staying put. The team communicated very professionally and treated me and my family with the utmost courtesy. The owner personally reached out to me to take a discount off for any issues and I'm quite satisfied with the overall work done.
