The A hole in check in is the biggest problem. F this place and that a hole. Will not ever come here even for million dollars. Over weight 3 times got it right in 4th time. Checked in at 11.13 AM left at 10.44 PM

Got here 13.45. Appointment 18.00. On door at 16.00, loaded by 17.00. Small staging area. Ignore the signs that say to check in call number, walk up to the shipping office. Ymmv regarding wait times - I was surprised they put me on a door before appointment time.

I'm going off my experience, place is easy to find, parking is good as long as it not packed, easy backing & employees are really nice & helpful, no complaints, my load was ready so I had no wait times
