Litsis Transport LLC Info | Compare Moving Quotes

I parked my car on a street with NO parking sign designations and NO signs designating any road work in the near future. Upon arriving home later that wk only to see that the city called Litsis to tow my car because they were doing work on the street. The work they had to do only encompassed about six car lengths, which my car was about in the middle. If I parked anywhere outside of that area it probably would have been okay. Anyway, upon noticing that my car war gone I immediately called the Redmond police department who informed me of the towing services name (Litsis). This was a Friday night, and unfortunately for me, my flight was delayed enough that when I arrived Litsis was closed. I call anyway and the owner said they were and I would have to come back on Monday. I asked, isn’t there anybody who could open up the business so I could get my vehicle, which they replied, NO. All that weekend I was trying to figure out what they were going to charge me, only thinking well, it wasn’t that long and there were on (ON PARKING) signs on the road. I started thinking well probably around $500 dollars. Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The total damage came to $915 dollars. The Litsis office was only two blocks away from the area I parked at, but there “secured storage lot” was about 3 miles down the road. Only to find out that there so called secured storage lot was an open field with a hurricane fence around it. NOT INSIDE! Which makes me think, how can they justify that cost. The only word that came to mind was USERY! A term in the past used for credit card companies who’s interest rates where unreasonable. If you want to find a business to operate where you can fleece your clients, THIS IS CERTAINLY IT!!! What a bunch of BLOOD SUCKERS! Redmond City ought to be ashamed of themselves for being associated with them.

My experience with Litsis Towing was absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, they went above and beyond what most towing companies do! I also appreciate the friendliness of the crew! And they were super quick and efficient with everything through the process! I highly recommend!! ☺️👍

Had to have my car towed to subaru twice this week. I was nervous at first just due to past experiences by other tow truck companies ( dont use epic towing!). Mike here at litsis was absolutely amazing both those times. And it's eased me now knowing not all tow companies are like that thanks to mike and litsis. They all are very sweet including the office ladies. Mike was quick and I felt confident with him loading my car. Knowing the difficult job of towing he's definitely efficient in what he does. I highly recommend him. Litsis you definitely have a great worker.

After the assigned tow company flaked on me, my insurance company got ahold of these guys and they were awesome. Fast, courteous and Kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely recommend them to everyone in need of a tow.

What nice people to deal with! Crystal in the office is so accommodating and communicative. And Jake the driver was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend. So many other Redmond tow companies are unreliable. My roadside assistance plan did not have them on their list. So they tried to get others, and after failing, called Litsis Towing at my suggestion. Bingo! They are on the FarmTow list now!
