What a relief! Dermot and Jonny are our heroes!!! Saw the bees hanging around 2 sets of attic vents one week ago. Found this business two days ago and contacted. Dermot came to our house on time on Saturday for a very detailed inspection; he even checked our neighbor’s house (to confirm they were not infected) and provided suggestions! Every pre-treatment paperwork were done at the same day electronically! They came on time (again) the next day and the work was amazing. Every step was communicated well and the room after treatment is almost the same as it was before except the scars on the ceiling. The results were astonishing: 2 weeks since bees’ invasion and they weighted 2.5 pounds at the time of removal! Highly recommended for any bee problems; and most importantly, like cockroach problems, don’t wait and act now!

You will not regret contacting Jones Family Bee Removal if you are in need of relocating bees, local honey & wax or more (check out the website website). Dermont is the bee’s knees and knows what he’s doing. We sat and watched the whole process and he answered all of our random questions, explained what he was doing AND laughed at all my punny bee jokes. He is extremely professional, full service from set up to clean up and is humane in the way he treats the bees. He is the buzzness and legit. 10/10 would recommend.

Just when you think you are helpless and can't do anything about some random bees making a home inside your walls. Dermont came to the rescue. He was very quick to respond and was able to explain the his plan. He then came over and was able to identify where the bees and their hive are. The next step was extraction. Him and his family have such great expertise, its kinda cool too how he passes his knowledge down to his daughter too, she was also very knowledgable and honestly a pro just like her dad. They made me feel safe by putting in a lot of effort and due diligence to extract as many bees and make my home bee proof for the future. Piece of mind is a huge thing for me and they were able to give it to me by showing me their process and efforts. I can't stand the sight of bees either so they did a great job making sure to get every single bee in the house. I would also like to mention, while they were upstairs working in the bedroom and attic, I was downstairs and didn't have any problems with any bees. I was able to work from home without any problems or fears. They were able to quarantine the area and do their work. Last thing is that it was pretty expensive but I did ask for a lot of things and I did want the best service I could buy. I wanted them to patch up my wall and paint, I wanted them to add louver vents on my roof (2 story house) and lastly he needed to extract bees in my bedroom and attic. It was a lot of work and really seeing how much effort they put in through a long grueling day just shows how dedicated they are to do their best for their clients. So I won't say "if you don't mind paying extra" because when it comes to these things, you just need someone that will do the job with integrity, diligence and skill. If you got bees in your walls, you have to use Jones Family Bee Removal. I will be recommending them to my friends and family and I also recommend them to you kind stranger reading this google review :) Thank you Jones family, you all are amazing at what you do!

I highly recommend Dermot and Jones Family Honey/Bee Removal. I was having issues with honey bees swarming my garage. Dermot came out and checked my house for holes and nests. We found out the bees were scouting for a new place and we’re actually coming from an neighbors house. Dermot came out twice in the same day to help and was very helpful. Gave me tips for securing my house and told me to follow up with my builder to fix issues in the roofing. I’m a customer now if I ever have another issue.
