They dumped all more than 100 boxes in my living room and my husband had to move them throughout the house. Yes, it was hot that day. I understand they were tired, but moving is the job. We paid full price and expected a full moving service which includes putting the boxes in the rooms where they belong. We shouldn't have had to put the boxes where they belonged in our 4000 sq ft house. That was a lot of work. Very disappointed. Told management. They only offered apologies. No money back. Would not recommend. We also had scratches on our walls etc because the guys weren't as careful as they could have been. Use another company.

The guys moved everything we asked them to do. They moved our furniture that was in our upstairs area of our home. All furniture upstairs was moved to our garage. They were very cautious not damaging walls during the entire process. Big thank you to this company. Very happy we chose them for our moving project. The price they quoted us was slightly higher than the estimate but would defiantly recommend this company.

Recently had to move mom from Covington to Murfreesboro TN. These guys did a great job at both locations. Price was reasonable for the service provided. If I need to move in the future, these are the guys I'll call. Highly recommended!

I have used Little Guy Movers many times and my experience has always been great that is why I return. I decided to use them again for my move on June 1. Keep in mind when booking to tell them everything you plan to move because they don’t go off hourly rate rather the items that are being moved. It is easy to under estimate and when I talked to the guy on the phone I must have because I booked my move a month out. Well, when the movers got there they tallied up all my items and my bill was $350 more than I expected. I was so upset but in that moment what can you do, everything still has to be moved. When you are moving you are in a vulnerable situation and to have an unexpected $350 increase when you sent your biggest truck and 3 guys is not acceptable. I call Monday morning explaining the situation and in so many words Neil said he could give me 10% off my next move. Why would you offer 10% off, expecting me to use your services again after this upset of a move? I was upset and pissed all in one. My temper pedic mattress has dips in it from where they grabbed it incorrectly during the move. We all know those mattresses are expensive. After this move, I do not recommend Little Guy Movers. You are better dealing with a company that is hourly or has a set rate.
