Booked load with these guys, namely Austin. We were given the wrong address. My driver found the correct location and didn't get loaded & released for 4 ½ hours. I communicated throughout the matter and was told they would pay the detention and stop fee. This was rescinded when it came time to send updated ratecon. These people are unprofessional liars and don't pay as they should. We will be filing a claim against them to make them pay. I hope everyone else does the same.
