Half of our items are broken or put together incorrectly. Movers left their trash everywhere after we bought them lunch. When told they’re supposed to unpack the boxes our stuff was just thrown around in a giant pile to the point we told them to stop unpacking. The people today minus a couple could’ve cared less about our items. Literally witnessed some of it being damaged and broken to include glassware as it was taken out of the boxes.

The crew is extremely inconsiderate and rude! They are not even working at my house!!! They arrived at 8:30 on a weekend and were loud, cussing and smoking so close to the house they we had to shut all windows! Their ‘conversation club’ and loud talking (shouting!) woke up our toddler! Absolutely disgusting behavior especially after being asked to keep it down!

Shout out to Emily and Virginia! They were very professional and handle every thing with care.They did an excellent job packing up our house. They were fast and efficient. They worked great as team. We Highly recommend them!!

Jack's team was amazing! They put in long hours, were very careful with our belongings, took the time to explain what they would do, when they would do it, and improvised if necessary without any complaints. NEVER complained, kept their sense of humor in spite of working long into the night to get the job done. No reservations recommending them!

Livingston won the bid for our military move and subcontracted their own no touch over-the-road driver. First they broke the bed in our master bedroom while packing it. Then, the driver didn’t show up for our loading day, but instead showed up the night the move was supposed to occur. The next day, with the truck finally at my residence, Livingston said they had no loading crews available to load, and that we were simply “out of luck.” Now I’ve missed my departure date and will likely miss my report date to my next installation. Livingston claims to be a veteran owned company to secure military business and appeal to the Fort Drum military community, but treats its military members and families with utter disregard. I’m not sure why JPSO still allows this company to bid on military moves and profit off our military families.
