This used to be one of my first choice shippers for partials to SLC and DEN. I had heard their service had really declined, but had hoped that was an isolated incident or two. My last few shipments have proved they no longer value timely or honest service. Loads that are supposed to deliver Monday haven't even left CA and I am told to be ok with it delivering the end of the week. They used to be the best for sticking to pickup and delivery times now they set appts and just let product sit for whatever else they deem more pressing.

I actually WATCHED THEM fill up their diesel trucks by lifting the big barrel with a forklift and spilling the diesel ALL over the place and getting most of the barrel all over the road instead of the hole of the fuel tank... I can only imagine how well they to treat the cargo...

they dont pay their invoice unorganized company would avoid hauling loads for them... owe in excess of 30K trying to claim that those loads were not moved.... excuses... the owner thinks they are outsmarting people....

I was on the freeway with my family and one of your drivers got over without signaling his blinker. We had to swerve around other cars to be safe. That was a very traumatic experience.
