We have used In-n-Out twice now for transporting my son round trip to medical appointments that required him to have a medical transport company bring him home because he had anesthesia. We decided to have them bring him to the appointment also so we would be sure he got there on time. Other ride share companies don’t always arrive when they are supposed to. Chris, the owner, was fabulous. He was flexible when the time changed and he was always on time. He was pleasant to talk to and was so helpful as I made arrangements for my son who lives in Sacramento and I live in Los Angeles. Thanks Chris.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Called to book an appointment and they asked about my patient’s information and they confirmed Day of appointment: Came in late with no notice which is fine since i booked 2 hrs early. Chris came in to see the patient. Assessed and he told us that he will not take my patient due to his condition. my patient is a 61 year old 250lbs alert patient ( which was discussed upon booking) and he’s using an oxygen but not necessary. Chris walked out of the room and looked for his partner and bounced. Didn't say anything and left everyone in the facility clueless. I had to call them, and thats when they told us their reasons. Which i understood but leaving with no reason, literally jumped into their car and left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They been to my facility , but they said “we dont know your facility “ . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, seems like they’re fine with patients missing doctors appointments

Chris was very very attentive...When I called him just to inquire about how his service works...he followed up to check on my schedule. He arrived with wheelchair, helped me lock my front door and wheel me into his van, and then wheel me out into the E.R. and waited until they moved me from his wheel chair to their wheel chair. He followed up while I was still in the E.R. to see how I was doing. All in all a very positive experience. And he's a great conversationalist and good driver.

In N Out Transportation was very reliable. They were able to make last-minute accommodations for my grandpas important doctors appointment. They made sure my my grandpa was safe and comfortable throughout the whole tra sport and they even let me ride along with them for no additional charge. The driver helped get him out of the house and escorted us all the way inside the doctors office. I highly recommend you give Cris the owner a call and can personally vouche he won't let you down!
