Overall really like this place and have had no issues. But they did add new lunch hours so if you have a hallway be aware so you don’t come during that time, because even if you are here at 1:04 they won’t open it for you. And they haven’t added lunch hours for being closed in the Google page yet.

Horrible experience. Lady worker very unprofessional and rude to customers. We had a few late days and was yelled when we had went a couple minutes past. And as we rushed to leave she persisted in screaming and yelling even though we were so calm. So strange how she could treat people this way. Ridiculous. She also called us names and flicked us off because we tried to tell her to calm down and we’re leaving. Never seen this before in my life. Very unsatisfied. Also be aware. They had a few rats that ate up our stuff years back and some units that exploded from gas.

Service is not well. Rude employees ..that trickles down from the boss which makes everything strict and no leeway, especially those storages indoors. Hours are not pleasant since 530pm and 6pm is hardly enough time to do what is needed on weekdays. Price is low but rules and workers are strict. Reaching there boss Doug is always long And May take days if he returns phone call” (some rat poop have been noted in variety of units as well. Nothing was done except a move of unit on my own expenses.” It Was Stressful procedure for my family And I.

They just called me today to remind me to pay my bill, which I liked. What I didnt like was how the owner wouldnt even consider waving the $10 late fee for me. So here I have $60 which is the going rate for my unit, but they wanted $70 from me so I wasnt able to pay my bill today... Hopefully I can make it back there by Friday to pay my now $70 bill, otherwise they will tack on another $25 to make a grand total of NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS for my $60 unit that Ive paid every month, on time so far. Hmmm. Strike 1!
