LC Container LLC This company will not pay for damage on my vehicle. One of their drivers had a huge rock on its trailer and when driving behind them to a distance it flew out of their trailer. We tried flagging the driver down to obtain insurance information but they speed off to try and avoid us. We called with the information on the vehicle license plate number and description of driver and yet they do not want to pay with for the windshield on the car. They threatened and said by trying to flag the driver down we could of gotten shot. If we were driving any closer it could of broken through the front windshield. The first person we spoke to that same night said the company would work with us to pay for the damage. The next day we called for an update the person that answer was really rude. They use excuses to avoid responsibility. Help me share this in hope to get their attention to take responsibility. Per TRANSPORTATION CODE TITLE 7. VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC SUBTITLE J. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS CHAPTER 725. TRANSPORTATION OF LOOSE MATERIALS Sec. 725.001 - Sec. 725.022. MAINTAINING NON-LOAD-CARRYING VEHICLE PARTS. Incase they don't know the transportation codes.

LC containers LLC is refusing to take responsibility for their actions in regards to breaking my cars windshield. I wonder how a company that isn't honorable is still in buisness. Response: According to the law, before and after dropping off whatever it's is your company does, the person transporting said load is required to clean the loose debri or gravel from their trailer while on the road to stop it from becoming a road hazard to those on the road. But you know the law so you should know that. Or where you only stating your opinion? Sincerely, a victim to your drivers actions
