i booked with a broker i guess allied transportation services on 4/30/2024!! and this people have been giving me a run around! i have no idea if my stuff is intact or lost at this point ! customer service is the worst i have ever witnessed in my life! i am scared to my bones cos i have a 4 month old! we have all our stuff with this supposed company "expert logistics! we have still not gotten our stuff in texas! this is the most awful company ever!!!!!!!!!!! i am almost dying of palpitation i was charged more than what i was told by the broker ! i have never experienced this all my life! this is pure wickedness! when you call they send you over to vm! please i need my stuff! i am displaced yall charged me 3500$ this is unbelievable

We booked our move through a broker and Expert Logistics showed up to do our move. At 1st they asked for more money and were a little rude. Once I got my broker on the phone with them everything changed. They honored the deal I made with the booking agency and service was 10 stars!
