I have had my expensive items stored here for over two years and let me say they have provided me with peace of mind since the day I entrusted them with my irreplaceable and valuable items. They have been understanding, professional, and their customer service is to be commended. I am fortunate to have found this place and if they have an available unit, take it. You will not regret your choice. I tell everyone how Long Beach Security is the most secure and professional facility anyone could ask for. I still have my items stored there to date and I never have to worry about the security of my items. Their personnel are top notch and professional and have made accommodations for me when they did not have to. I truly am grateful for everything they do and have done for me!!!

From the first conversation over with staff, they friendly, very knowledgeable about the area and storage company. They also are helpful and understanding. The place is always clean and organized. Again friendly faces and will help you if you need help.

Been a customer for a year. Poor customer service, overpriced and just plain a bad choice. Now my stuff if stuck in a storage facility that can't even fix a broken elevator for over 3 weeks. They ignore customers concern and hasn't done anything to compensate their customers that have been affected.
