Although I wasn't able to proceed with their services at this time as the shipment required to be expedited, I am definitely planning to use them in the future. Will Cannon in the Bay Area San Francisco took superb care of my shipment needs from the pickup, crating/packaging and shipping to Middle Tennessee. Additionally, Will provided regular updates on the progress and even shared a photo of the completed container ready for shipment. The container arrived and delivered faster than expected and in excellent condition with the well packaged crate. Very professional and well worth the cost. Highly recommend.

I needed to ship an antique coffee table to Chicago on semi-short notice and while I originally considered UPS I decided freight shipping would be more secure. I found Craters and Freighters because they were the most local to me and thank goodness. The entire process was quick and completely problem free. I worked with Will to set up a pick up time. The men showed up promptly and packed up the coffee table securely and took it away. Once I got to Chicago, I got a call to set up the delivery appointment. I paid extra for “white glove service” where the men placed the table where I wanted and they unpacked it and took away all the packing material. The entire process took just under a week. Will and all the men were professional and great to work with. Honestly, I paid a premium for the whole experience but if you want something done right, you have to pay for it. No problem spending the money for excellent service. So, if you got to ship valuable or priceless stuff securely and quickly, Will and the crew at Craters and Freighters are perfect for the job.

Mark in San Francisco took care of my shipment needs from pickup, crating/packaging and shipping to Vancouver island BC. The container arrived faster than expected and in excellent condition in a well packaged crate. Very well worth the money. Highly recommend.
