Dr. De La Rosa is a good Dr. Other reviews may say he comes off as rude, I don’t see him as rude, maybe old school. I looked for reviews on him before he performed my hysterectomy and could find none. So I wanted to leave something for the next patient who may be having their hysterectomy performed by him. He’s a skilled and experienced Dr and was highly recommended by the nurses he works with at the hospital. For me competence and my health are more important than bed side manner. Yes there is a long wait at his office for appointments a lot of times, but I don’t think it’s to be rude, he’s very busy with many patients.

Dr De la Rosa delivered 6 of my 7 children and my last one was a C-section 16 years ago. I'm so grateful for his care and for the almost invisible scar I have. Thank you Dr for taking care of me for so many years. Much love to you always Martha Lopez

Dr. De La Rosa was my ob doctor for 38 weeks. Normally he didn’t like to be asked many questions and was moody at points. I usually thought maybe he is having a rough day. Near my due day, I asked him what method would he use to close my C-section and he responded “staples.” It was then when I told him I didn’t want staples because I had trouble before with the staples and he got very upset and rudely answered by saying “I wasn’t going to tell him how to do his job, that he didn’t go to my house and tell me how to cook.” I couldn’t believe his response. As a patient I should be able to communicate my concerns. I don not recommend him to anyone. Patients should be able to communicate their concerns and find a solution not be shot down.

As a young first time mom or in general I do not recommend . Always moody and very serious. Can’t ask questions without him huffing and puffing. Cassandra in the other side is such a sweet heart ! Don’t recommend him tho !

I had my appointment at 3pm and wasn't seen by him until 5:30. This was my first time going. He was rude! He offended me so much that I cried. He did my ultrasound and checked the baby's heartbeat in 2 minutes. I don't know how he is a doctor because with a bad attitude he's not going places. Please do not go to his clinic!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.
