It's not what it use to be being that ita under construction hopefully they finish it one day I miss being able to drive up closer to the water instead of walking all that way but it's still a good park not to many homeless this will always be my place of serenity

Visited the open house for the USS Lucid, a Korean War minesweeper. Louis Park has some nice softball diamonds and Puxie Woods, a kiddie fantasy attraction.

Obviously it's not in the best area but there should be more police patrols through there. Regularly see people roaming through the parking lot near the baseball fields and hooking up in cars in the parking lot. The baseball facilities are decent but could also use some work. I play fastpitch softball in that league and know the park well.
