Dont go to this business unless you want to be treated less then human. I showed up to this location to rent a uhaul was told that they didn't have any available. I said I looked online and the website said there was availability. The women were rude and sarcastic. The man said he would look online for me. I told him I could reserve one online in the freedom of my vehicle being it already felt hostile. I proceeding to my car and was able to book a uhaul online. The website told me that there was a truck available so I booked it. I proceeding back inside the business and told them I need to pick up my reserved truck. The ladies started grumbling and telling me we don't have any trucks available. The man asked me to come to back office and I gave him my reservation number and he was able to type it in and locate my truck at the location where I was told there was none available. They wouldn't even hear my needs or my request. Thankfully the guy present actually listened to me. When the others did nothing but gossip and refuse my business. The next time I'm in need this will be the last place I check.

This post is about #27. On Albany they were in the turn lane. I was opposite direction in the straight lane but turning right. I was coming up to the green light and they were waiting on me bc I have not put my blinker on yet bc it was too early, got up almost to the light, put my blinker on to turn and they gunned it in front of me. We were side by side. I had to slam on breaks with my kids in the back seat. They had to yield to me but inpatient to wait 30 seconds. Not only are they representing a company but they're responsible for them, the patient and others who they put in danger. I have a dash cam but the sim was full. If it wasn't for me breaking, this company would have 100% paid for my damages and ER bill

Teresa and I had a very pleasant trip from a Waycross nursing home to a doctor's appointment in Brunswick. She is just wonderful, and a perfect driver as well as nice, kind and a hard worker. She was a joy to be with on our little day excursion. Thank you Ms. Teresa. 😻
