I was left scrambling at the last minute when I called to confirm my residential move the day before, and they said they could no longer accept the job. I was originally quoted $400 for my move when I booked them a month ago, but when I called to confirm the day before they said they don't accept jobs less than $2,000. That's fine, but they shouldn't have accepted my job a month ago and then canceled at the last minute. If I hadn't called to confirm the day before, I wouldn't have known they weren't even planning on showing up on the day of the move.

They are liars and thiefs. I called to get "white glove" services and was quoted, over the phone, $199 for delivery of a recliner. After they picked up they called and said it was now $300 because they had to wait an extra hour at JB Hunt warehouse. This was a lie, JB Hunt said LCWS came after the "will call" designated hours, but they accommodated the driver anyway and the driver was in and out in 15 minutes. When I called, the owner he would not respond other to say, "it is delivered" thats it". By the way the crew put the chair together wrong... If you sit in your house all day ordering furniture and then complaining about all of the businesses that serve you maybe you should leave your house and get your furniture that you ordered yourself. When you keep crews out for 5 to 6 hours because you don’t understand schedules, you don’t understand business costs, you can’t read a map, you don’t understand Logistics, you can’t tell time, you can’t tell the truth, you can’t perform simple tasks, you don’t understand math, the cost is expensive. Maybe instead of being an overgrown petulant ungrateful, judgmental, demanding worm, you could be glad our men put up with you at all.
