I give them ZERO stars, We were expecting a delivery yesterday at 8:00 am, at 9:30 I emailed the dispatcher, she thought it was already delivered, at 10 am I received an email saying he was stalled in traffic because of an accident and he’d be there in an hour. Then at 10:53 am I get another email saying the truck broke down, then at 1:32 pm I get an email that the load would be there in 15 minutes, the driver finally arrived at 5 pm with no warning. I had 5-6 guys waiting to unload the truck. Then today, we were expecting another delivery at 8 am, another no show and no call or email, I finally called at 9:30 and talked with the dispatcher that said the driver did not show and they cannot deliver today, now their promising Monday at 8 am we'll see. They should change the name to "AMATEUR HOUR Trucking"

If you are looking for a third-party logistic and warehouse service, LRB Transportation is highly recommended. They have profession service with competitive pricing and their customer service which provides three languages service --- English, Spanish and Mandarin. All I have to say about LRB is AWSOME.
