We purchased a Lucid Air Pure recently. The car is awesome! And the staff at Lucid Newark had been really nice . Thanks to Chloe for being amazing at every step of our Lucid purchase, from the test drive to the actual vehicle delivery. On the day of the test drive, Chloe was very patient and explained every bit to know about the car trims, current incentives including onsite bonuses, out of door pricing etc. We test drove the Air and Touring. We returned multiple times and test drove as we wanted to feel confident about our purchase, and Chloe was every bit helpful and accommodating. She understood what the most important things to us were (range anxiety, cost to buy at end of lease) and recommended the base trim, which we are truly delighted about. The rest of the process was smooth as well. We picked the vehicle of our choice online and Chloe ensured we had up to date information about the delivery and the process. Thanks Chloe and Lucid!

I must say, there are many people at Lucid who deserve a standing ovation... But there are two individuals who work for Lucid Financial Services, Jay Li, and Erek Lemus, and they are outstanding. From trouble shooting, to their response time, they make buying a Lucid a smooth and easy process. Kudos Lucid, Jay & Erek are an asset to the brand.

Dangerous entry and exit paths for truck drivers. Check pictures. Here are the top 4 threatening and accident-causing problems in Lucid Motors: 1. I went to pick up the load from Lucid Motors last Saturday, and the first thing to notice inside the facility area is the scattered and disorganized goods everywhere, instead of putting them in the warehouse, they are in the open space blocking the driveway. It causes risks of scratching the truck while making turns around loads of metal goods. 2. There is absolutely no one, no staff, and no support from the company to ask for something. Even if after so long waiting, some staff members came, they were ridiculously irresponsible and started blaming me as an unprofessional driver instead of helping to clean the driveway. See the picture where the door was locked. 3. Those goods were placed intentionally to cause an accident and to scratch the truck since there was no alternative way of exiting the premise without going through the dangerous and insufficiently wide space for the truck. The responsible department should check if this driveway and spaces even meet the minimum requirements for truck safety regulations. 4. The exit gate is placed right after a sharp turn. Even if making a turn through those disorganized boxes and goods, the gate makes it nearly impossible to finish making the turn and fully exiting the premise. The gate was intentionally half closed causing higher risks of exiting and making an accident. What could be the reason for closing the half gate and surrounding it with dangerous metal goods around making turns? I look forward to the department that could investigate the facility and premises for the safety of truck drivers. Best regards,

Had a test drive 11 o’clock today. Got to test drive the grand touring model. Extremely nice car and the employees were all very nice. But the downside was I was promised a 30 minute test drive but was only given a 10 minute because they said they were fully booked for the day which left me highly unsatisfied seeing as I barely got to experience the vehicle. All I was allowed to do was just go down the street make a U-turn and come back. Would I do it again? Sure. But I will try to make sure that I actually get the full experience which would include actually going on the freaking Highway. So for that they get three stars.
