ughhh so they charged me with unnecessary fees. Like what even is the fee to “have a different drop off location?” And also they changed my order from signature not required to required, so I have to pay extra money for something I did not choose. Customer care was horrible. Wrote to me emails with very informal language and did not try to figure out why I had to pay extra fees, and just wanted my money. Bunch of scammers. I would rather buy a new suitcase at this point like what even is LUGGAGE TO SHIP, it’s LUGGAGE TO GIVE US EXTRA MONEY THANK YOU.

Giving this one star because I can’t give zero. WOW. Just genuinely the worst experience I have had with any kind of shipping. Quick customer service? Nope. Clear communication? Nope. Timely and accurate delivery information? Nope. Was stranded in Ireland for study abroad with ONE pair of jeans for two weeks because of pure incompetence. I would entrust a horse drawn carriage before I shipped with FedEx again. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Made me cry more than my last situationship. Please avoid.

I have to ship 3 very large boxes to my daughter from NJ to NC. This service was excellent. More customized and hand holding than trying to do Fed Ex yourself. I bought the boxes at a FedEx location and then they were picked up on my doorstep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
