We have been a client of the team Carlos and Denise Padilla for several years. We have been searching for a house in the Bay Area for a while. Despite the multiple criteria that we have thanks to the persistence and experience of Carlos he met the challenges and located a house that satisfied all our requirements. Since moving into the house we have been two very happy “campers”. But Carlos’ professional dedication goes beyond the sale. Even way after the sale Carlos have been very helpful in things large and small like recommending handyman and tv mounting service. In our view Carlos is a realtor that any prospective house “hunter” would be happy to work with.

There’s nothing more terrifying than putting your home on the market in a tumultuous and unpredictable market where nothing is guaranteed, buyers have the upper hand, and contractors who do a great job for a fair price are few and far inbetween. Fortunately for us, Carlos, who came very highly recommended from several family members (yes several!) ensured that during every step of the home selling process was stress and headache free. He made the whole thing such a hands-off process for us—literally hands-off since we had recently moved to another city. Making a 3 hour round trip back and forth with a young child and a puppy while juggling renovations in both the new home we just purchased and the home we were putting on the market and having to manage the selling would have been a nightmare without Carlos’ help. Being sensitive to our out-of-town situation, Carlos fluidly adapted to our needs and handled 90% of items over Zoom and executed everything without a single hitch. He adeptly walked us through the process of selling, drumming up buyer interest, and prepared us for what to expect from a constantly fluctuating market based upon his extensive experience.
Given the current state of the economy and knowing that we were apprehensive on doing a major renovation, Carlos thoroughly educated us on items we could focus on updating and things we could forgo that would help bring down costs for us and maximize profit. Even though Carlos was clearly the expert in the housing market and he always confidently provided his analysis on what our renovation focus points should be in this particular market (ie: economy and neighborhood), he always reiterated that he would support whatever decisions we made that worked for our budget.
Another great quality that Carlos possesses which I had heard multiple times from my family members that he previously worked with is that his keen attention to detail is unmatched. This was confirmed through my personal experience with him and it proved to be invaluable with such a high stakes and deeply personal transaction. I felt completely safe in his hands and knew he would do everything in his power to generate the greatest return by empowering us to make smart and timely decisions. His cheerful can-do-it attitude also really put us at ease throughout the entire process. I can’t stress enough how kind of a person Carlos is. He puts a huge emphasis on the customer experience at the forefront of his realty service and it felt like a white glove experience. The sheer volume of tasks that Carlos took on independently must have been exhausting and stressful but you would never know it because he always came to our meetings gracious, organized, and ready to hit the ground running. Thank you so much to you and your team for all the hard work and care you brought to the process of selling our home. We’d heartily recommend Carlos to anyone interested in the home selling process.

I was buying my very first home in the Bay Area in 2021. Denise helped me figure out what I really needed and what I can afford. I ended up with more than what I originally thought I could have.
When there were snags during the closing process (not within our control), she was patient, helped me get through them, and worked with the other party to lessen the blow. The Bay Area housing market is definitely not for the faint of heart -- I'm glad I had Denise and her expertise on my side.
Three years in, I can definitely say buying my home was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you Denise, for making it possible!
