The customer service at this company is horrible. Alberto and his team do not know how to speak to customers or assist with customer service requests. They are very rude. Service is at a level 1. They have issues with Port Everglades in Florida so review your work order before considering them to move your containers. The dispatch team at Luis Deliveries is never organized. With better management hopefully the company’s approach to customers and customer service will change.
