Hired as a part time driver it’s more like a home every other day due to shippers,receivers and traffic killing your 14hr clock, hard to make it back the same day but it is possible. majority of the loads are heavy so having to cat scale them takes up more time. Had issues with payroll sometimes wasn’t paid for extra work they said they were gonna pay me for. They have brokers call you for updates and gets annoying after a while. Dispatch not always 24/7 sometimes out of office or on business trip.

This establishment is the best West of the Mississippi! One worker that really took to action was Martin! He was a great dispatcher and was very helpful. I can't recommend this place enough!

Why are your dispatchers so inept at their jobs? Why do you leave your drivers waiting for hours on end for answers they need ASAP? Why do the owners send their drivers out in deathtraps...Why do they not fix repeat reported issues with trucks until your drivers get stranded??? Why are you so quick to accuse but when you or your dispatchers are wrong things get swept under the rug? Why do you promise your drivers incentives and opportunities when they first start then change up What you said less than a year later? Please answer my questions accurately and correctly because I know the answers already. I just want to see what your excuses are
