Our experience with Greystone was nothing short of amazing. We have moved a lot over the course of our careers, but this move was far superior to anything else we have experienced. From the initial planning phase through completion the team was responsive, flexible, professional, and frankly calming. Moving can be hectic and the team at Greystone allowed us to operate personally and professionally as though we weren’t in the process of relocating. Andrew on the planning side was thorough and communicated extremely well. Mitzi and our on-site team simply outperformed from the second she stepped in our home. They thought of things we never even considered and set up our new home absolutely perfectly. They sent us photos all along the way and added such a sense of personalization that is hard to explain in words. Many companies say they provide and strive for great service, but I can’t recall the last time I felt a company over-delivered quite like Greystone did for our family.

Greystone promised to make our move a much easier experience and they delivered on that promise. From start to finish the entire team was organized, professional, courteous & efficient! They never uttered the word "no" to any of our requests and provided great solutions to all the unanticipated problems as they arose. We moved out ahead of schedule and on the back end our belongings and boxes were placed and unpacked when requested. Moving out of a home you've lived in for 31 years is daunting in so many ways and having Greystone there when we needed them no matter the task was an incredible help and advantage. We were very pleased with Greystone and highly recommend them.

Our move was absolutely perfect. The GREYSTONE team was very effective, and the movers were extremely careful and efficient. The whole process was very easy and made a stressful event almost enjoyable :) I highly recommend Greystone if you want your relocation to be seamless.
