I really like working here. They don't treat me like I am a 3 year old. Trucks go 70mph. I make ok money here. OTR here for going on 2 years. 57 cpm. At 3000k and over yu get miles 10 cpm bonus. Per diem like 70 a day I think. All trucks and trailers are very new. I get 3000k maybe once a month. No PC move. I was wondering about this when wss I hired. Not bad at all. If you get in a bind and have to move. Note in logs. Let them know. Lvt is paying half off all my insurance. They will let me take a week off if I want. I have been staying out for 1 month taking off 4 days. Dallas and those guys in maintenance sure work hard. They always fix me up. Breakdowns dont occur often. But when it happened to me they took care of me. Sometimes they will bring ya another truck. Gotta swap your stuff. But i kept going. Make sure to tell them Stevan sent ya. Good luck and hope to see ya out there!!!!

I have been with this company just short of a year. Hired on by Clay, I expressing any and all of my concerns the family atmosphere has worked with me on everything and then some this including routing me through a state to see a friend whom was put on hospice that unfortunately passed just hours after them doing so. Brandi the driver manager is awesome and I'm so grateful for her as she is easy to get along with and does everything in her control for the drivers. Dallas the shop manager executes any issue that may arise. I spend many miles in the hammer lane if you will, he drove 4hrs one way to get me up and running from a part that wasn't readily available so I could keep running and making money.

My Husband applied here and was cleared to go after a road test. They made it seem like they were friendly and family oriented. But actually they are neither of those unfortunately we were lied to and given false hope. We are expecting our first and trying to find a driving job again after being unemployed for a month and a half. They knew that and sped up the process for that reason only to be told he failed by Clay after Dallas you did the road test told him he was all Good to go after doing his road test and to finish paperwork and everything And they would not give.a reason as to why he failed and they didn't have the time I bet it's because of Dallas just not liking him which is discrimination against him
