Went there for a washout. Easy access for a big rig with good pull through areas. They should think about a sign out on the road for easier identification so you don't have to worry about driving by it. Anthony was a little brisk but overall I like this place.

I suggest never book a load with them they scammed me out of $300.00 they are racist sat 4 hours and no detention and took 300$ for macarpoint the guy Robert is racist called me Boy knowing I’m African American never book with these losers you’ll never get what it pays out

Poor customer service and not professional. They fail and then they have every possible excuse for their failure. I had a scheduled pick up for a shipment and I kept asking for it. Two days later they were still giving me excuses. Zero communication and no sense of urgency. The LTL team doesn't care about customers. I would not recommend M&L trucking to anybody.

I haven't done business with everyone is this company, but you should not do business with Heather Gaetano; she is condescending and dishonest. I read a few reviews and I realized that a company may have good policies but is people like Heather Gaetano that bring shame to the company.
