Absolutely terrible. Do not do business with them. Moved from New York to Florida and have a few boxes missing a tv. When I asked about my belongings they seemed to have no care in the world. I stated that my belongings could not have just disappeared and they agreed and laughed about it. They told me to file a claim. It’s been about 3 months and I have received zero updates and no compensation. I want my lost belongings and at least for the company to act like they care. They are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible.
