I am extremely disappointed with the blatant hypocrisy of this tow company. A while back, my car was towed for parking in a fire lane. However, last night I witnessed the same tow truck from this company parked in the fire lane. The irony is just too much to ignore. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional. It’s unacceptable for a company that enforces parking rules to blatantly break them. This double standard is infuriating and shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for the rules they are supposed to uphold. If you’re going to enforce the rules, make sure you follow them too! Tow companies need to set an example and adhere to the same standards they impose on others. You guys have bad reviews for a reason!

My car was towed due to a clerical error by a parking lot attendant. Morris & Sons was the company dispatched to retrieve my car and bring it to the tow lot. I submitted an appeal citing the mistake by the parking lot attendant and was awarded a refund by Morris & Sons. While being towed is a massive inconvenience, I do not hold Morris & Sons accountable for the mistake. They were just in their appeal decision and submitted a refund check for the full amount upon review of my case. I acknowledge that there are predatory towing agencies out there, but I am leaving this review as I feel the ones that do actually listen to your appeal claim deserve a fair rating, particularly in a time when so many other companies would dismiss it knowing that they have the upper hand.

I had a very disappointing experience with Morris and Sons Towing today. At 6:00 AM, my car was towed from my apartment complex without any valid reason. I’ve been parking in the same spot for years, and the property manager allows all residents and visitors to park there without issue. To make matters worse, my car was damaged during the towing process. This unnecessary and careless action has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and additional repair costs. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Their actions were unjustified and unprofessional.

Car towed from apartment spot it's crazy how many similar reviews are here. There needs to be legislation pass that doesn't allow companies to tow out of people own spot without the consent of both the management and tenant. We just got this car. Parked it in our spot overnight. No chance to even get a temp permit from office in the morning. Car gone. It's crazy how there is no room for time to even get a temp permit for your spot. Towing should only be for removal of junk cars. People in need of towing. Not these opportunistic situations

The unethical nature of this business is astounding. We had parked our car in 808 West Apartment retail spot - perfectly acceptable spot where 40-50 other cars were parked. When we came to the parking spot to take our car out to go park on the street as it was past 10PM, we saw this tow truck scouting for vehicles to tow. When we asked the driver if we needed to take the car out, the driver with badge #114 repeatedly said that it is perfectly ok to leave our car where it was parked - in the retail spot, where so many other cars were still parked. Guess what!! When we came back to drive out in the next 30 min, they had towed our car and our car ONLY. All the other 50 cars were just parked there. When we went to their lot to get our vehicle back at 11:45 in the night, the unprofessional nature of the person at the desk demanding only one person to accompany him into a shady lot was unsettling. He wasn't even ready to listen to what had happened - why would he. Reading through other reviews, this experience doesn't feel surprising at all. The SCAM of this business seems very apparent, innovating different ways to cheat people out of their money.
