Great place to work, small mom and pop values in a fast growing company. The CEO and COO are not in Houston, they are down the hall. The benefit is the corporate side stays in touch with the workers and supervisors because they are in the field. I am a driver for this company, every issue I have ever had has been dealt with and a response from the GM. Your not just a number here, what other company boasts that? Flat out just an honest days pay for an honest days work, bonus is they actually care about you here. If your looking, then you need to stop by and say hello. You'll make the same choice I did and happy I did...

I liked working here at MTS. worked there almost 2 years. Equipment needs up to date. Front office need to believe more on there drivers than other out side parties. They say you like family, thats weird sure didnt feel like it. Just be careful if you choose to want to work here. 2019✌

Worked here almost 3 years, equip, well I wouldn't trust it anymore to pull down the highway. Wouldn't work here if this was last place to work. They constantly are shorting drivers of their pay. Am constantly hearing bad things about this company from other current and past drivers.
