Extremely corrupt and shady fake business that really just steals cars. They won't even give last names or provide the name and contact info for the owner. Beware MAC Towing! They are not professional and seek to exploit people and profit off of their pain and suffering, including the negative ramifications to kids. Specifically "ashley" is very rude and unprofessional. Pretends to be the manager yet doesn't behave like one. They take advantage of people and have no respect for property that does not even belong to them!! Do not ever use or call MAC Towing.

Scam artists at their best. 1 star for being extremely late, charging us for driver's time being lost, not delivering on requested vehicle, and for extreme dishonesty. Scheduled a flatbed tow two days in advance for morning. When scheduling, I was informed charge time was from time loaded to time dropped off. Well, towing day came around and I received a call an hour before scheduled tow that the driver wouldn't be available for a couple of hours later. Okay, fine. 3 hrs after scheduled tow time, driver called to inform he was finishing up lunch and would then swap out trucks for the flatbed. 2 hrs after this, driver called and was lost, looking for the wrong address due to company error. Finally, 7 hrs after scheduled tow, our car was delivered and it was not on a flatbed as requested, more than one time. During tow process, we were informed that because we were out of area, we were being charged from dispatched time to return time. This should have been disclosed when scheduling. Very dissatisfied and will not recommend to anyone.

Called because need a tow quickly. Spoke with Ashley and my initial time request could not be met so I thanked her and ended the call. After speaking with others, I decided to call back and go ahead with the tow. Ashley was very kind and helpful. She even offered to call State Patrol and let them know of the situation. She also set me up on text alerts so I would know when certain milestones were hit and when I could expect arrival. Nick arrived on time and we took care of business. Overall, and in spite of the situation, a very good experience 👍 I hope I never need them again but if I do...I won't hesitate to contact them again. Excellent service.

Very rude and making their money off the misery of others as a 🚔 police impound yard, meaning they steal cars by racking up unpayable storage fees . Boycott any towing company that does impounds. That is my personal opinion anyway.

REALLY nice driver. We only waited about 45 min for truck to arrive, when other tows quoted 90 mins. Driver was concerned for our safety and very personable. He was even kind to my son who talked the whole time. Made sure we had insurance invoice without asking. It made a long trip home and a stressful event easier to deal with. Not a cheap event, but was still less than another I got a quote from.
