Unprofessional, non-responsive, and shady company. Booked my move in march 2023. Guys arrived late, wasn’t a problem really but they DRAGGED to complete my move for a 2b2b apartment (1k sqft) taking 8 hours (with my assistance and sister) and damaged legitimately most of my furniture. I work nights and had to work the night of the move. The move was not completed and I had to go back to the apartment for an additional week to move items that were left being as their were “time constraints” and I would have to pay more for them to complete the job. I contacted Dave, the owner, who asked me to send pictures of the damaged items and I voiced my concerns about the duration of the move with the amount of furniture I had and with additional assistance. It was requested that I email photos and a brief description to the company’s email address and he would call me back with a resolution. I continued to contact him over the course of several months via email and phone without any reply. I’ve also had to purchase new furniture and repair damages. Perhaps if the movers weren’t taking weed breaks every 30 minutes my items wouldn’t have been damaged and the job would have taken 4 hours max as originally quoted versus 8 plus hours and was not completed.some photos are attached to give an idea. Avoid conducting business with this moving company and check out complaints with the BBB.

BEWARE! Please read before hiring this company! This is a honest review, I gain nothing from leaving this review other than the hopes that I can protect others from this company. So being in a time crunch, I saw this company’s truck going by and thought it was a good opportunity to try out a local moving company. I called the number, and I should’ve seen the first red flag upon speaking with the owner. The owner spoke so highly of his team of movers (like over the top); promised superior service and timeliness of the move - received the exact opposite. First thing, the movers show up in street clothes and did not present themselves with any professionalism whatsoever (red flag). During the ENTIRE move, these two individuals were soliciting their services as they are trying to start their own moving company while on this company’s dime (red flag). Next, they did not show up with any moving blankets or tools (red flag) that would assist in protecting our furniture, I had plenty of moving blankets to offer had I known. These movers only had a few items to move and they made sure they stopped to talk and solicit services to get 2 hours or work because they said they only get 30% of the profits (red flag). During the move, our dining room table was damaged and we were not notified; the mover tried to “piece” the broken part back in a manner that looked like it was attached and when he saw that I noticed the broken piece that’s when he confessed that he dropped our dining room table. We noticed other furniture pieces damaged days later as we unpacked because these movers lack ethics and business decorum. Further more…after reaching out to the owner about the broken dining room table, he sells me more snake oil promising me that he has a furniture repairman that will come by within a week (this was 4 weeks ago) to fix my furniture. I’ve never heard from this alleged repairman, and I’ve called this company every week for follow up in which they keep telling me the same thing with ZERO follow up. Please save yourself the headache. THIS COMPANY IS BAD BUSINESS. We are in process of filing with the BBB and consumer affairs.

Well unfortunately after trying to resolve the damage this companies guys cause by dropping both couches off of the truck the owner Mac said ( are you really wanting to be reimbursed) it cost $500.00 to repair and clean the furniture. Something is sketchy with this company they are hiding at Mac’s house now which you cannot locate in dade city. They are the worst! The owner said he didn’t own the company that his said his son did when I called him he laughed and said his father owned it. I have a lawyer now and I am willing to pay them to call this company out for who they really are in the moving business!!

Movers beware! Scheduled a move 3 weeks in advance for Friday April 29 for 4pm, the office called me at 5 to see if could reschedule the move for the following morning, only for them not to show up and to block my phone number. They did eventually send a text to my husbands phone saying they could not do the move. 100% unprofessional, 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

Excellent service all round... I need a few large items of furniture moving from one location and then dropping off the items to a couple of different destinations. Team was really fast with providing a reasonable quote and responsive with all my questions and concerns. They arrived on time and kept everyone involved updated throughout the move. Highly recommend and will use again in future.
