Great store, clean, helpful staff, great selection. Went here to find Michigan made drinks and the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to find all Michigan brands they carried and then showed us what was in stock and where each one was on the shelves.

Plenty of parking, helpful and welcoming staff, a vast sea of selections, and a quick check-out all lend to a good shopping experience. Check-out staff were helpful in answering questions about the digital app coupons and ensuring the proper discount was applied. Another consistently well run and managed store that is consumer experience friendly.

Stopped by today. The staff was a 10/10. I lost one of my pets hours prior to my visit (unknown by the staff) and my husband and I still had to swing by to pick up some birthday presents for the following day. I was in my feels and having a terrible day. The staff was SO kind to me. I brought in my dog (although against store policy, I just did not want to be without him or my husband). The team was so kind. They politely let me know the policy for next time, and crouched down to make friends with my buddy. They spent some time chatting with me and my dog, taking my mind off my terrible day. Their kindness made the experience. I hope they are all paid well!!!

Extraordinary selection! Clean beautiful store that offers tastings. Fantastic prices. Friendly staff. Absolutely everything you could you could want and more. HUGE humidor, the scent is heaven when you walk in🥲 weather you live here or just visiting 😀 this place is nothing short of incredible. Wine so many different wines 🍷 😌. Today around 7:40 was my first day going to Total Wine, to buy a wine opener, I asked one of their employees where is the wine openers, luckily the wine opener was at the front, I select one of the wine openers and I went to check out, there was a guy by the camera computers I thought he was a cashier because it was my first time in Total Wine, and I didn't know where was the register, i went to him and then I realized its not cashier, so finally I found out the registers were on the right side, when I went there the cashier asked for my ID and lots of dum questions, I was not buying any alcohol, I just bought a wine opener. These type of garbage employees can put a business in danger, Rookies thought I was gonna steal that $19 wine opener. I'm a LP agent in a big retail company, and these clowns doesn't know what they doing, I know you can't ask someone for id if they are buying a wine opener. And he asked fot my ID, just to make him feel better I gave him my ID. I'm so upset and depressed now, I would never ever go to Total Wine ever again. First and last time.
