I used Reliable Machinery Transport for a gaming platform for Ohio to Miami and Michael was on top of it the whole time making sure that it was arranged accordingly and packaged safely to the destination. Michael very knowledgeable and energetic

Very sad and bad experience with this company. I booked load with Brad on Thursday morning for loading on Friday at 9 AM. My driver arrived on time but the freight was loaded on another truck. I called Brad to ask what is going on and he said that some girl from our office called him and canceled the load. We do NOT have girls in our office and nobody ever called him. He was trying to find the number on the caller ID but he never did. Brad's behavior and talk over the phone was so unprofessional: laughing and giggling during serious conversation made me feel that this gentleman is out of his mind. He couldn't find any explanation to any question I asked.. I wouldn't be so mad of this situation if it wasn't Friday before Memorial Day Week-end and this load was second half to what we already had on the trailer. I understand sometimes shippers cancel loads, sometimes brokers do but it done in proper way. To send another truck without notice to the current carrier and than looking for stupid excuse is unacceptable. I would never use this company in the future and I do not recommend anyone else to do business with them.

I have a very unprofessional experience with Paul, this is the response he sent to my request for payment status: "Thank you for wasting my time. Now I suggest you check with your bank & bank records in December 2021 and find the information. Waste your own time". I've been in transportation industry for several year and this is the first time I get such a rude response. I guess he is unhappy with his job.
