This place is the worst …. Every person has different advice , they can’t seem to help other than tell you to call someone else . It’s a shame , there seems to be a few good people there. Writing this message while I’m on hold , this is my third conversation with them lasting over 25 minutes . They don’t awners questions rather make more hoops for you to jump to ! Would have been faster if I just flew there and picked it up . They also said that the shipper needs to pay more in order to release package ….. when has that ever happened ? If you hear Magic , surprise there is no such thing it’s just an illusion … don’t ship with these guys !

I was stuck on the Suri Declaration form as I had never done one and couldn't find any directions. Dayia (spelling?) called me and walked me slowly through each step. Update: May 17, 2024 I needed some help again and Didi did not want to even attempt to help me. She said call an accountant. All I needed was which selections to make to get the declaration completed. Michael called me and was very humble, kind, and helpful. It took less than 5 minutes of his time. I am sorry if Didi is having a bad day or doesn't like her job.

Awful service and communication. Mixed up package in Florida, did not inform us of additional charge to submit customs declaration, also when coordinating delivery in Puerto Rico did not state that we needed to be there physically to sign for package and that it can only be left with guard with proper authorization form. And lastly, did not communicate that there was a pending balance despite us providing them with credit card details to pay taxes. When pressed, their response was they're not Amazon or DHL and COD typically means there is a balance owed.

They were once my shipping company. They don’t pay the claims. They don’t give accurate information. Our sales rep hides when there are problems with the shipments and never answer the calls. They are expensive and unreliable.
