I don’t post often, but this experience deserves more than five stars! We needed to move some extremely heavy and fragile items in NYC. After searching for moving companies, I found many options, but most were unclear about the process and insurance. Then I reached out to Vlad, and the difference was immediate. Vlad spent almost 30 minutes on the phone with me, making sure he understood the job and provided a detailed quote with proper insurance. This professionalism and clear plan made my decision easy. The actual move was just as impressive. Vlad and his team were on time, and their white-glove service was smooth, clean, and, most importantly, super safe for my furniture. Make A Move is by far the best moving company I’ve ever used. Vlad was incredibly professional from the start, and did not pressure me to reserve my spot right away. On the day of the move, the crew was so nice, speedy and very careful with my things. Throughout the entire move, they were so generous. Most movers are predatory and nickel and dime you on the day of and raise the price for certain items, but Make A Move does not do that. Very nice people who are there to take care of you! They even set up my new space, including rolling out carpets. All the good reviews are true - I’ll never use another moving company again

I couldn’t be happier we decided to use Make A Move. Vlad honorable responsive and professional. We ended up having a death in our family and needed to reschedule the move. Vlad was so understanding and accommodating it was a pleasure. Joseph and the rest of the crew arrived ready to work. They worked hard and quick yet were very careful. They were neat and assembled our furniture with ease. They made helpful suggestions. The best part was the price quoted was exactly what we paid. There were no hidden charges like with other companies. I will definitely be recommending this company in the future! 10/10

I can’t say enough great things about Make a Move. From Vlad working quickly to get me a great quote and answer any questions I had, all the way through the moving team, it was a good experience. Jesus and his team did a phenomenal job on an extremely hot day. They were kind, patient, and gentle with my stuff. They also helped me set up, which made the end process a million times easier. However, the real show of their expertise was fitting a 3 seater couch through the front window. I am amazed and thankful that they got it in!

I highly recommend Make A Move Moving to anyone that’s planning a move who wants it to be as easy/smooth as possible. From the beginning Vlad was professional, thorough, and transparent through the quote process and deposit. Really nice guy too. On the day of our move, Marko and the crew showed up right on time and they were fantastic. The ease with which they “made everything disappear” made my wife and I breathe easy.
